That food which is vital, juicy, sweet, which is perfectly balanced, has freshness, beauty, aroma, taste, which keeps the body light, does not put any weight, is digestible at the cost of less vitality, purifies the blood and Keeps it alkaline, gives more nutrition, gives enthusiasm and enthusiasm

Which has not been made undigested, distorted, unbalanced, complicated by bringing in contact with fire, this is the food which God has made for us humans, the food in which our hard work is less, that is our food
